These terms apply when you use websites run by Fire Sword Studios GmbH. We wrote them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@fs-studios.com.

Who we are

Fire Sword Studios GmbH (“we”, “us”) is a game and software studio in Vienna, Austria. You find our company details in the imprint.

Which websites these terms cover

The Perfect Tower II’s website and wiki have their own terms, built on the same text, at perfecttower2.com/terms (opens in a new tab). Some pages or services may have additional terms. If they do, we show them there, and they apply in addition to these terms.

Using our websites

  • Our websites are free to use for your personal use. Sharing links and screenshots is fine.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to our websites or servers, and do not use them for anything illegal.
  • We may change, pause or remove pages and features at any time.

Content on our websites

  • Texts, images, videos, logos and game art on our websites belong to us or to our partners, for example One More Journey for Herdles, or nuIT, whose logo we show as a reference.
  • You may share links and screenshots of our websites. The press may use the material in our press kits to write about our games.
  • Anything else, for example copying our content to another website or using our logos, needs our permission. Ask us at contact@fs-studios.com.

Our games

Our games come with their own license terms. For The Perfect Tower II, see its EULA page (opens in a new tab). If you play on Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement (opens in a new tab) also applies.

Until a game’s own license terms are published, these terms also apply when you play it in your browser at games.fs-studios.com.

Software projects

If we build software for you, the contract we agree with you applies to that work. These terms only cover the use of our websites.

Our websites link to sites we do not run, for example Steam, Discord, YouTube and the websites of our partners. We are not responsible for their content. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Liability

We build our websites with care, but we provide them as they are. We cannot promise that they are always available, complete or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage that results from using our websites. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that the law gives you and that a contract cannot take away.

Applicable law

Austrian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a new website. The date at the top of this page shows the last change.
