Profile picture
Your profile picture is public. It is shared across participating Fire Sword services, including the Community platform, and shown next to your username, where anyone can see it.
PNG, JPEG or WebP, at most 5 MB. We crop it to a square from the centre.

We send messages about your account to this address. Other players never see it.
Open it to confirm your new address. Until then, your current address stays in use.
Security
Your password, two-factor authentication and where you are logged in.
Password
You change your password on the Fire Sword sign-in page. It opens in this tab, asks for your current password and then brings you back here.
Two-factor authentication
Opens the Fire Sword sign-in page, where you scan a QR code with an authenticator app on your phone, then brings you back here.
Backup codes let you log in when your phone is not at hand. Each code works once. New codes replace the old ones; keep them somewhere safe.
Two-factor authentication cannot be set up at the moment.
Where you’re logged in
Browsers and apps where your Fire Sword account is logged in. If you don’t recognise one, sign it out and change your password.
You are not logged in anywhere else.

Download your data
We collect your data from every Fire Sword service and put it into a readable PDF and a ZIP file with machine-readable files. This takes a few minutes. You can request up to 3 exports a day, and each one stays available for 7 days.
Earlier exports

Deleting your account deletes your game progress (players and cloud saves) and everything else linked to it in every Fire Sword service.
Your published suggestions, comments and wiki edits stay, shown as written by "Deleted user", and payment records are kept without your account for as long as the law requires. Details are in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account yourself is switched off at the moment. Please write to contact@fs-studios.com and we will delete it for you.
